Lunch/Dinner Vintage Cheddar Burger

Ingredients
- Sesame Seed Burger Bun
- Mayonnaise
- Avocado
- Wild Rocket Leaves
- Red Onion
- 2 x Beef Burgers
- Sliced Ready Roasted Peppers
- Several Slices of Vintage Cheddar Cheese
- Crispy Streaky Bacon Rashers
- Tomato Ketchup
- 1 x Beer (Optional)
Method

Cut a burger bun in half and toast until golden.

Spread the base of the burger bun liberally with mayonnaise.

Add thick slices of avocado, a few wild rocket leaves and red onion.

Top with 2 beef burgers, sliced ready roasted peppers, optional, several slices of vintage cheddar cheese, crispy streaky bacon rashers and a good dollop of tomato ketchup.

Add the burger lid and serve straight away with a beer.
