Starters/Snacks Lunch/Dinner Veggie One Pan Pasta

Ingredients
- 2 x 440g Jack’s bolognaise sauce
- 660ml water
- 240g Jack’s frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 x 400g tin lentils
- 360g Jack’s fusilli pasta
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 100g Jack’s grated mozzarella
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6.
- Pour bolognaise sauce into an ovenproof dish.
- Fill one jar with water and add to the dish.
- Fill second jar half full with water and add to the dish.
- Add the frozen vegetables and lentils and mix together.
- Add the pasta, mix together and season with salt and black pepper.
- Scatter the mozzarella over the top.
- Cover tightly with foil.
- Place in the oven to bake for 35-40 minutes until the pasta is tender.
