Ingredients
- 1 x 2 pack Jacks little gem lettuce, leaves separated
- 120g x Jacks Sliced Turkey Breast
- 1 Jacks Avocado, stoned and sliced
- 160g Jacks Cherry Tomatoes, halved
- 0.4 Jacks cucumber, halved lengthways and sliced
- 85g Jacks Houmous
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 4 tsp olive oil, if desired
Method

Divide the lettuce leaves between serving plates.

Top with the turkey, avocado, cherry tomatoes, cucumber and houmous.

Serve straightaway, with a drizzle of olive oil if you fancy it.
