JACK's Turkey Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 x 2 pack Jacks little gem lettuce, leaves separated
  • 120g x Jacks Sliced Turkey Breast
  • 1 Jacks Avocado, stoned and sliced
  • 160g Jacks Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • 0.4 Jacks cucumber, halved lengthways and sliced
  • 85g Jacks Houmous
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 tsp olive oil, if desired

Method

  1. Divide the lettuce leaves between serving plates.

  2. Top with the turkey, avocado, cherry tomatoes, cucumber and houmous.

  3. Serve straightaway, with a drizzle of olive oil if you fancy it.
