Tuna Poke Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 small tin tuna, in spring water
  • 80g coleslaw
  • 60g gherkins, chopped
  • 3 spring onions, chopped
  • 80g frozen peas
  • 80g frozen sweetcorn
  • 80g baby plum tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 small bag Prawn cocktail skips, crumbled 

Method

  1. Tip the tuna and coleslaw into a bowl and mix together.
  2. Smooth over then top with the remaining ingredients.
  3. Serve straightaway.
