Ingredients
- 1 small tin tuna, in spring water
- 80g coleslaw
- 60g gherkins, chopped
- 3 spring onions, chopped
- 80g frozen peas
- 80g frozen sweetcorn
- 80g baby plum tomatoes, quartered
- 1 small bag Prawn cocktail skips, crumbled
Method
- Tip the tuna and coleslaw into a bowl and mix together.
- Smooth over then top with the remaining ingredients.
- Serve straightaway.
