Starters/Snacks Desserts Tiramisu Protein Oats
Serves : 6-8
Cooking Time: Ready in 30 Minutes, Plus Cooling
Ingredients
- 300g rolled oats
- 75g cocoa powder
- 1 x 500ml Huel milk – whichever you fancy! Chocolate, Banana, Iced Coffee Caramel
- 2 x 160g Get Pro Vanilla protein yoghurt
- 150ml maple syrup
Topping –
- 100ml strong cold coffee
- 2 x Get Pro Vanilla protein yoghurt
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder, plus extra for dusting
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6.
- Mix everything together until combined.
- Pour into a 23cm square baking dish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until only just firm to the touch.
- Remove and drizzle 100ml of the cold coffee over the top.
- Allow to cool totally.
- Mix the remaining topping ingredients together and smooth over the top of the cold oats.
- Dust with cocoa powder.
