Tiramisu

Ingredients

  • 300g rolled oats
  • 75g cocoa powder
  • 1 x 500ml Huel milk – whichever you fancy! Chocolate, Banana, Iced Coffee Caramel
  • 2 x 160g Get Pro Vanilla protein yoghurt 
  • 150ml maple syrup

Topping – 

  • 100ml strong cold coffee
  • 2 x Get Pro Vanilla protein yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder, plus extra for dusting

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6.
  2. Mix everything together until combined. 
  3. Pour into a 23cm square baking dish.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until only just firm to the touch.
  5. Remove and drizzle 100ml of the cold coffee over the top.
  6. Allow to cool totally.
  7. Mix the remaining topping ingredients together and smooth over the top of the cold oats.
  8. Dust with cocoa powder.
