Lunch/Dinner Teriyaki Halloumi and Vegetable Skewers

Ingredients
- 400g halloumi, cubed
- 1 red onion, peeled, cut into wedges and layers separated
- 1 red, yellow and green pepper, de-seeded and cut into chunks
- 1 courgette, cut into chunks
- 6tbsp Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade
Method
Mix together all the ingredients, tossing well to ensure each piece is well coated.
Leave to marinate in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
Thread halloumi and vegetables onto the skewers then grill or bbq for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.
Finally, using a clean brush, brush with the remaining teriyaki for a glossy finish.
