Table Doritos and Dips

Ingredients

  • 9 bags Dorito tortilla chips – assorted flavours
  • 3 x 400g Mutti Pizza Sauce Aromatica with Oregano and Basil
  • 3 x 180g Jack’s grated mozzarella 
  • 3 x 180g Jack’s grated mature cheddar
  • 2 x 215g Old El Paso jalapenos
  • 50g coriander, roughly chopped
  • 2 x 125g Jack’s guacamole
  • 2 x 170g Jack’s salsa
  • 2 x 170g Jack’s cheese and chive dip
  • 2 x 170g Jack’s red pepper houmous
  • 1 cucumber, cut into batons
  • 2 peppers, cut into batons
  • 1 head little gem, leaves separated

Method

  1. Cover dining table with foil/parchment paper.
  2. Scatter the tortilla chips over the foil.
  3. Drizzle with pizza sauce.
  4. Scatter the cheeses over the top.
  5. Finish with jalapenos and coriander.
  6. Set the bowls of guacamole, salsa, cheese and chive dip, houmous and crudite in the middle.
  7. Dig in!!
