Ingredients
- 2 sesame bagels
- ½ pack garlic and herb soft cheese (165g)
- 30g butter
- 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
Method
- Preheat the oven to 210°C, fan 190°,
- Make 8 slashes into the bagel (not all the way through)
- Fill the gaps with garlic and herb soft cheese.
- Melt the butter and stir in parsley and garlic.
- Place onto an oven tray.
- Drizzle the butter over the stuffed bagel then season with black pepper.
- Place in the oven for 10 minutes until golden and oozing.
