Ingredients
- 250g strawberry ice cream
- 160g chopped strawberries, plus
- 2 fresh strawberries
- 125g strawberry yoghurt
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 150ml semi skimmed milk
- 2 squirts whipped cream
- 1 tsp cake sprinkles

Tip all but 2 scoops of ice cream into a food blender. Add the chopped strawberries, yoghurt, vanilla and milk and blitz until smooth.

Divide between tall glasses and top with the ice cream scoops, whipped cream, strawberries and sprinkles. 3. Serve straightaway.
