Tuna and Cucumber

Ingredients

  • 1 Jack’s cucumber 
  • ½ bunch spring onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tin Jack’s tuna chunks in sunflower oil (145g)
  • 3 tbsp Nando’s peri peri mayonnaise
  • Freshly ground black pepper1 Jack’s cucumber

Method

  1. Slice the cucumber into sealable container.
  2. Add the spring onions, tuna, mayonnaise, black pepper.
  3. Cover with a lid and shake hard.
  4. Serve from pot.
