Spiced Potato Balls

Ingredients

  • 400g ready-made mashed potato
  • ½ tsp chilli flakes
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • 50g plain flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 100g Walkers Cheese and Onion crisps
  • 150g natural yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp Colman’s mint sauce

Method

  1. Add chilli, cumin, coriander and turmeric to mashed potato and mix until combined.

  2. Form into small balls.

  3. Dip into flour.

  4. Dip into egg.

  5. Crush cheese and onion crisps until small pieces.

  6. Dip into crushed crips to totally coat the ball.

  7. Place in air fryer for 10 minutes at 200°C until hot through and just browned.

  8. Stir yoghurt and mint sauce together.

  9. Serve spiced potato balls with mint yoghurt.
