Lunch/Dinner Spiced Chicken with Blue Cheese Dip

Ingredients
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1-2 tsp paprika
- pinch crushed dried chilli flakes
- 2 tbsp runny honey
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- To serve, warmed French bread and mixed leaf salad
For the dip
- 125g soft blue cheese
- 125g Greek yogurt
- Tabasaco sauce, optional
- Serve with the cheese dip, warmed French bread and a mix leaf salad

Preheat the oven to 200°C/Fan180°C/Gas Mark 6. Mix the drumsticks with the oil, paprika, chilli flakes, honey and season. Place on a large baking tray and place in the centre of the oven for 40 minutes.

To make the cheese dip, mix the cheese and yogurt together. Add a splash of Tabasco, if using, and set aside in the fridge until ready to serve.

Remove the drumsticks from the oven. Check the juices run clear when pierced with a knife. If the juices are pink put back into the oven for a further 5 minutes then check again. Serve straight away with the cheese dip, warmed French bread and a mixed leaf salad.
