Drinks Smoothies

Ingredients
Green Smoothie
- 225g coconut water, chilled
- 25g spinach
- 25g kale leaves, washed
- 25g celery, washed and chopped
- 25g avocado flesh (roughly ¼ small avocado)
- Ice cubes, optional
Beetroot and Raspberry Smoothie
- 150ml almond milk
- thumb size piece of ginger, peeled and finely chopped
- 75g cooked and peeled beetroot, chopped
- 25g raspberries
- 25g banana, sliced
- 25g spinach
- ice cubes, optional
Method
Green Smoothie

Pour the coconut water into a blender or nutribullet. Add the spinach, kale, celery and avocado. Whizz for 1 minute, or until smooth. Pour into glasses filled with ice, if using. Serve straight away.
You can make this smoothie with frozen spinach and kale.
Beetroot and Raspberry Smoothie

Pour the almond milk into a blender or nutribullet. Add the ginger, beetroot, raspberries, banana and spinach. Whizz for 1 minute, or until smooth. Pour into glasses with ice, if using. Serve straight away.
You can make this smoothie with frozen raspberries, bananas & spinach.
