Side Dishes Lunch/Dinner Smash Burger Tacos

Ingredients
- 1 pack Jack’s 4 beef quarter pounders
- 4 Old El Paso regular tortilla wraps
- 4 tsp vegetable oil
- ½ pack Jack’s grated cheddar
- 1 small handful rocket
- ½ red onion, finely sliced
- 100g Mrs Elswood Burger gherkins
- 20 cherry tomatoes, halved
- French’s American mustard
Method
- Smash the burger between 2 sheets of parchment until about 1cm thick.
- Lay the smashed burger onto the wrap and press down until covering all the wrap.
- Heat a frying pan until hot, add the oil and wrap, burger side down, one at at time.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until browned and nearly cooked through.
- Flip the burger over, scatter with cheese and cook for another 1-2 minutes until hot through.
- Scatter the burger taco with rocket, red onion, gherkins, tomatoes and mustard.
- Fold together to eat!
