Sleepy Frogs

Ingredients

1 x Jus-Rol Puff Pastry Sheet 320g

8 x Cadbury’s Freddos 

8 x Bahlsen Choco Leibniz Milk

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 210°C, fan 190°C, gas mark 7.
  2. Unroll the pastry and cut into 8 even pieces.
  3. Brush with beaten egg.
  4. Place onto a baking tray and bake for 15 minutes.
  5. Slice the top half of the top layer of pastry off.
  6. Place a Freddo on top of a biscuit.
  7. Slide into the “bed” while the pastry is hot.
  8. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
