Starters/Snacks Lunch/Dinner Sharing Platter
Serves : 4-6
Ingredients
- 1 x 200g pack cooked pork cocktail sausages
- 1 x 216g pack mini savoury eggs
- 1 x 168g pack breaded chicken straws
- 160g Leerdammer cheese slices
- 160g sliced chorizo
- 2 heads little gem lettuce, leaves separated
- 160g cherry tomatoes
- 1 x pack breadsticks
- 1 x125g pot Jack’s guacamole
- 1 x 200g pot Jack’s houmous
- 1 x 170g pot Jack’s tomato salsa
Method

Arrange ½ of the sliced chorizo into a rose shape – start with one sliced rolled into a tube, then lay the others around it to form a rose. Keep going until you have as large a rose as you can make, then place onto a serving platter.

Slice the cheese into quarters and do the same, forming it into a rose – you could intersperse chorizo and cheese together to create one bigger rose.

Wrap the remaining chorizo and cheese around one end of the breadsticks.

Arrange the remaining items around it, spooning the dips into small pots.
