  • 100ml gin
  • 80ml freshly brewed Earl Grey tea, chilled
  • 150ml Schweppes tonic water
  • 2 strips lemon peel 2 sprigs basil

Method

  1. Half fill 2 glasses with ice then add the gin and Earl Grey tea and stir well.

  2. Add the tonic water, lemon peel and basil and serve straightaway.
