Sausage Crumpets

Ingredients

  • 1 pack crumpets
  • 200g tomato chutney
  • 1 pack Jack’s sausages, skin removed
  • ¾ pack Jack’s grated mature cheddar

Method

  1. Cut the crumpets in half horizontally.
  2. Spread the bottom crumpets with tomato and chilli chutney.
  3. Top half with the skinned sausage, squishing it over the top to cover the crumpet.
  4. Place the top half of the crumpet on top.
  5. Spread with more chutney then scatter the cheese over the top.
  6. Place in the air fryer for 15-18 minutes at 170°C until cooked through and bubbling.
  7. Serve straightaway.
