Side Dishes Starters/Snacks Lunch/Dinner Sausage and Egg Muffin

Ingredients
- 2 English muffins
- 2 Jack’s sausages, skin removed
- 2 slices Jack’s back bacon, halved
- 2 eggs
- 2 slices Dairylea cheese
- 2 tbsp brown sauce
Method
- Cut the muffins in half horizontally.
- Top the bottom halves with the skinned sausage, squishing it over the top to cover the muffin.
- Layer the bacon on top.
- Make a hollow in the second half of the muffin.
- Crack an egg into the hollow.
- Place in the air fryer for 15 minutes at 180°C until cooked through and bubbling.
- Lay the cheese slice over the bacon and sausage half.
- Drizzle with brown sauce.
- Top with the egg half.
- Serve straightaway.
