Sausage & Egg Muffin

Ingredients

  • 2 English muffins
  • 2 Jack’s sausages, skin removed
  • 2 slices Jack’s back bacon, halved
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 slices Dairylea cheese
  • 2 tbsp brown sauce

Method

  1. Cut the muffins in half horizontally.
  2. Top the bottom halves with the skinned sausage, squishing it over the top to cover the muffin.
  3. Layer the bacon on top.
  4. Make a hollow in the second half of the muffin.
  5. Crack an egg into the hollow.
  6. Place in the air fryer for 15 minutes at 180°C until cooked through and bubbling.
  7. Lay the cheese slice over the bacon and sausage half.
  8. Drizzle with brown sauce.
  9. Top with the egg half.
  10. Serve straightaway.
