Lunch/Dinner Salmon Primavera
Serves : 2-3
Cooking Time: 15-20 minutes | 200°C Fan 400°C Gas Mark 6
Ingredients
- 2-3 salmon fillets
- 1 tsp olive oil
- A knob of butter
- 225g Napolina tagliatelle
- 1 pot of Ragu Primavera sauce
- A small handful of torn basil leaves

Method

Place the salmon fillets in an ovenproof dish and drizzle the olive oil and butter on top. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.

Heat a pan of salted cold water, when boiling add the tagliatelle pasta and cook as per pack instructions.

Heat the sauce on the hob or in a microwave as per pack instructions.

Serve the pasta, break the salmon up with a fork and serve on top of the pasta.

Pour the sauce over the salmon and sprinkle with torn basil leaves.
