Salmon Primavera

Ingredients

  • 2-3 salmon fillets
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • A knob of butter
  • 225g Napolina tagliatelle
  • 1 pot of Ragu Primavera sauce
  • A small handful of torn basil leaves

Serving suggestion:
Garlic bread

Method

  1. Place the salmon fillets in an ovenproof dish and drizzle the olive oil and butter on top. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.

  2. Heat a pan of salted cold water, when boiling add the tagliatelle pasta and cook as per pack instructions.

  3. Heat the sauce on the hob or in a microwave as per pack instructions.

  4. Serve the pasta, break the salmon up with a fork and serve on top of the pasta.

  5. Pour the sauce over the salmon and sprinkle with torn basil leaves.
