Drinks Rhubarb and Ginger Bramble Mule

Ingredients
- 100ml rhubarb and ginger gin
- 30ml crème de mure or raspberry liqueur
- 100g blackberries
- 200ml dry ginger ale
- Ice, to serve

Method

Place the gin, crème de mure and all but 6 blackberries into a cocktail shaker along with a handful of ice. Shake well.

Pour the cocktail through a strainer into 2 small glasses.

Place the remaining blackberries onto the drink then pour the dry ginger ale over the top. Serve straightaway.
