Rhubarb and Ginger Bramble Mule

Ingredients

  • 100ml rhubarb and ginger gin
  • 30ml crème de mure or raspberry liqueur
  • 100g blackberries
  • 200ml dry ginger ale
  • Ice, to serve

Method

  1. Place the gin, crème de mure and all but 6 blackberries into a cocktail shaker along with a handful of ice. Shake well.

  2. Pour the cocktail through a strainer into 2 small glasses.

  3. Place the remaining blackberries onto the drink then pour the dry ginger ale over the top. Serve straightaway.
