Ingredients
- 16 crackers
- 100g Jack’s Coarse Ardennes Pate With Smoked Bacon, cut into small cubes
- 2 tbsp onion chutney
- 1 tsp flat leaf parsley, leaves picked and roughly chopped
- 100g Jack’s Egg Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp chives, finely chopped
- 30g thinly sliced ham, cut into small pieces
- 40g piccalilli
- 30g thinly sliced cooked turkey, cut into small pieces
- 40g cranberry sauce 4 picked leaves flat leaf parsley
Method
-
Lay the crackers out on a board. Top a quarter of the crackers with pate, a tiny spoonful of chutney and then a sprinkle of chopped parsley.
-
Top another quarter with the egg mayonnaise and onion filler and a sprinkle of chives.
-
Top another quarter with a tiny spoonful of piccalilli and some sliced ham. Scatter a little parsley over the top.
-
Top the remaining crackers with a tiny spoonful of cranberry sauce and some sliced turkey. Place a leaf of parsley on top.
-
Season all with a little black pepper.
-
Serve straightaway – if these are left to sit for too long, the crackers will go soggy.
