Starters/Snacks Lunch/Dinner Proscuito Rolls

Ingredients
- 2 packs parma ham
- 1 bunch basil, leaves picked
- 1 ball mozzarella, drained and cut into strips
- 50g sun drenched tomatoes
- 25g fresh pesto
Method
- Lay the parma ham on to a board, overlapping the slices, into a rectangle.
- Lay the basil leaves along the longest edge.
- Top the basil with mozzarella, pesto and tomatoes.
- Starting at the basil end, roll up tightly to create a pinwheel.
- Cut into 12 and serve.
