Pesto Bunny Crackers

Ingredients

  • 10 x Jacob's TUC Original Snack Crackers 
  • 4 tbsp pesto
  • 5 Babybel Mini Cheeses
  • ½ medium carrot, peeled and sliced
  • 12 flat leaf parsley leaves
  • 2 black olives, finely chopped

Method

  1. Spread the crackers with pesto.
  2. Cut 4 sides off each Babybel.
  3. Cut the centre in half and stamp into rounds.
  4. Lay the slices onto the pesto to form a bunny – 2 sides for the ears, 1 disc for the face. 
  5. Place tiny olives for eyes.
  6. Cut the carrots into small carrot shaped pieces.
  7. Place on the body with a tiny piece of parsley at the top.
  8. Serve.
