Pepsi Espresso

Ingredients

  • 2 shots chilled espresso (60ml)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 150ml Pepsi
  • 50ml double cream

Method

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice.
  2. Pour the espresso over the top.
  3. Add vanilla and Pepsi and stir.
  4. Pour in the cream and serve straightaway.
