Side Dishes Starters/Snacks Lunch/Dinner Pepperoni Pizza Bowls

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, roughly chopped
- 2 peppers, 2 roughly chopped, 1 sliced
- 400g Jack’s beef mince
- 440g Jack’s bolognaise sauce
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 pack Jack’s grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 pack pizza pepperoni
- 4 tbsp sliced jalapenos
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6.
- Heat a sauté pan until hot. Add the oil, onion and peppers and sauté for 5 minutes until softened.
- Stir in the beef and fry until just browned.
- Stir in the bolognaise sauce and bring to the boil.
- Simmer for 15 minutes until tender and the beef cooked through.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Divide between ovenproof serving bowls.
- Top with the mozzarella, pepperoni, sliced peppers and jalapenos.
- Place in the oven to bake for 15 minutes until golden and bubbling.
- Serve straightaway.
