Lunch/Dinner Peanut Satay Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 x chicken breasts, diced
- ½ pack mangetout
- 1 x red onion, thinly sliced into strips
- 1 x carrot, thinly sliced into strips
- 1 x sachet Amoy peanut satay stir fry sauce
- 1 x Amoy straight to wok medium noodles
Method

Heat the oil in the pan and stir fry chicken for 3-4 minutes until thoroughly cooked.

Add mangetout, onion, carrot and fry until fully cooked, approx. 3 minutes.

Add peanut satay stir fry sauce and stir for 1 minute.

Add noodles and stir fry for 1-2 minutes.

Serve immediately.
