Peanut Satay Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 x chicken breasts, diced
  • ½ pack mangetout
  • 1 x red onion, thinly sliced into strips
  • 1 x carrot, thinly sliced into strips
  • 1 x sachet Amoy peanut satay stir fry sauce
  • 1 x Amoy straight to wok medium noodles

Method

  1. Heat the oil in the pan and stir fry chicken for 3-4 minutes until thoroughly cooked.

  2. Add mangetout, onion, carrot and fry until fully cooked, approx. 3 minutes.

  3. Add peanut satay stir fry sauce and stir for 1 minute.

  4. Add noodles and stir fry for 1-2 minutes.

  5. Serve immediately.
