Desserts Peanut Butter Chocolate Bark

Ingredients
- 300g dark chocolate, roughly chopped
- 250g Jack’s crunchy peanut butter
- 100g sultanas
- 300g milk chocolate, roughly chopped
- 50g white chocolate, roughly chopped
Method

Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave - 2 minutes, then stir, repeat 30 sec intervals

Line a tray with parchment paper

Pour melted dark chocolate into tray and tap to settle

Set aside until solid

Spread peanut butter over the dark chocolate

Scatter with sultanas

Melt the milk chocolate in a microwave - 2 minutes, then stir, repeat 30 sec intervals

Pour over the top

Melt the white chocolate in a microwave – 1 minute, then stir, repeat 30 sec intervals

Drizzle over the milk chocolate however you fancy

Set aside for at least 1 hour to harden

Break into pieces or cut into chunks
