Starters/Snacks Lunch/Dinner Pea Guacamole

Ingredients
- 320g frozen peas/petit pois
- 1 chilli, seeded and chopped
- 1 lime, zested and juiced
- 1 tbsp ground coriander
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 2 tbsp roughly chopped coriander
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp water
- 1 x large bag tortilla chips
Method

Tip everything except the tortilla chips into a food processor and blitz until nearly smooth – you will need to scrape the sides of the processor down a few times.

Season and decant into a serving bowl, then serve with tortilla chips.

NB – if you like a crumblier texture, serve straightway, otherwise, leave for 10 minutes at room temperature for a softer texture.
