Side Dishes Starters/Snacks Lunch/Dinner Pasta Skewers

Ingredients
- 70g penne pasta
- ½ pot Jack’s Tomato and basil sauce
- ¼ pack Jack’s grated mature cheddar
- ½ pack Jack’s grated mozzarella
- 2 tbsp tinned sweetcorn
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Basil leaves
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 4.
- Soak 6 wooden skewers in water for 20 minutes.
- Bring a pan of salted water to the boil, add the pasta and cook for 3 minutes less than manufacturer’s instructions.
- Drain and run under cold water, then pat dry.
- Divide between 6 skewers and place onto a baking tray.
- Spoon over the tomato and basil sauce.
- Top with grated cheddar, mozzarella and sweetcorn.
- Season with black pepper.
- Bake in the oven for 10 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
- Serve topped with basil.
