Side Dishes Starters/Snacks Lunch/Dinner Parma Cheese Dip

Cooking Time: 5 minutes plus 5 minutes cooling
Ingredients
- 3 slices parma ham
- 150g light cream cheese
- 100g sour cream
- 25g freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp chilli sauce
- Freshly ground black pepper

Method

Lay the parma ham onto a baking tray and place in the oven for 5 minutes. Remove and set into a plate to cool and crisp.

Meanwhile, tip the cream cheese into a bowl, add the sour cream, Parmesan, chilli sauce and plenty of black pepper and beat until smooth.

Crumble the Parma ham into the mixture and stir once more, then decant into a serving bowl.

Serve with crackers, breadsticks, crudités and crisps.
