Crispy Parma Cheese Dip Recipe UK

Ingredients

  • 3 slices parma ham
  • 150g light cream cheese
  • 100g sour cream
  • 25g freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp chilli sauce
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Method

  1. Lay the parma ham onto a baking tray and place in the oven for 5 minutes. Remove and set into a plate to cool and crisp.

  2. Meanwhile, tip the cream cheese into a bowl, add the sour cream, Parmesan, chilli sauce and plenty of black pepper and beat until smooth.

  3. Crumble the Parma ham into the mixture and stir once more, then decant into a serving bowl.

  4. Serve with crackers, breadsticks, crudités and crisps.
