Pancake Stack

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 rashers streaky bacon, cut in half
  • 1 x 129g Rustlers pancake stack with maple syrup style sauce
  • 1 egg

Method

  1. Heat a frying pan until hot. Add a little oil and fry the bacon for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy. Set aside on kitchen paper.

  2. Place the pancakes in the toaster and toast for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Stand for 30 seconds.

  3. Return the frying pan to the heat. Add the last of the oil, crack an egg into the centre of the pan and fry for 2-3 minutes until cooked to your liking.

  4. Pile the pancakes up on a plate, with bacon in between. Top with the egg then drizzle the maple syrup sauce over the top.
