Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 250g mixed berries
  • 100g raspberry yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 100g oats
  • 15g cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 50ml milk of choice
  • 40g dark chocolate, melted

Method

  1. Tip 150g berries into a blender.
  2. Add the yoghurt, maple syrup, oats, cocoa powder, vanilla and milk.
  3. Blend until thick and smooth.
  4. Pour into 2 glasses.
  5. Top with the remaining berries.
  6. Drizzle with melted chocolate.
  7. Refrigerate overnight.
