Ingredients
- 250g mixed berries
- 100g raspberry yoghurt
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 100g oats
- 15g cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 50ml milk of choice
- 40g dark chocolate, melted
Method
- Tip 150g berries into a blender.
- Add the yoghurt, maple syrup, oats, cocoa powder, vanilla and milk.
- Blend until thick and smooth.
- Pour into 2 glasses.
- Top with the remaining berries.
- Drizzle with melted chocolate.
- Refrigerate overnight.
