Desserts Orange Cocktail
Serves : 2-4
Cooking Time: Ready in 15 Minutes (Plus Freezing)
Ingredients
- 3 oranges
- 175g Greek style honey yoghurt
- 100g condensed milk
- 50ml Smirnoff vodka
Method
- Cut 2 of the oranges in half and remove the flesh.
- Roughly chop and set aside.
- Scoop out all the membrane to leave a clean orange “shell”.
- Zest and juice the last orange – you need 75ml orange juice.
- Whisk the Greek yoghurt, condensed milk, orange zest, juice and vodka together until smooth.
- Divide between orange “shell’s”, and place in the freezer for at least 1 hour.
- Top with the reserved chopped orange and serve.
