Side Dishes Starters/Snacks Lunch/Dinner One Pan Pasta

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, roughly chopped
- 2 carrots, roughly chopped
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 400g Jack’s beef mince
- 2 tbsp tomato puree
- 2 x 440g Jack’s bolognaise sauce
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 pack Jack’s fresh tagliatelle
- 2/3 pack Jack’s grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 handful basil leaves
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6.
- Heat a sauté pan until hot. Add the oil, onion and carrots and sauté for 5 minutes until softened.
- Stir in the oregano and paprika and cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in the beef and fry until just browned.
- Add the tomato puree and fry for 1 minute.
- Stir in the bolognaise sauce then fill both jars with water and add one to the pan.
- Stir well and bring to the boil.
- Simmer for 5 minutes then stir in the tagliatelle pasta.
- Simmer for 5-8 minutes, adding a little more water if necessary.
- Layer the mozzarella over the top then season with black pepper.
- Leave for another 5 minutes until the pasta is tender and cheese melted.
- Top with a little basil and serve straight from the pan.
