Nutella Rolls

Ingredients

  • 8 slices white bread
  • 8 tbsp Nutella
  • 1 egg
  • 75ml milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 50g caster sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Vanilla ice cream, to serve

Method

  1. Cut crusts from the bread.
  2. Roll bread until about 3mm thick.
  3. Spread Nutella over bread.
  4. Roll bread up into a sausage.
  5. Crack egg into a dish.
  6. Add milk and vanilla and whisk together.
  7. Add Nutella rolls and coat in mixture. 
  8. Spray airfryer base with a little oil.
  9. Pop in the airfryer at 200°C for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway through.
  10. Tip the sugar and cinnamon into a dish.
  11. Toss the Nutella rolls into the sugar until coated.
  12. Serve immediately with vanilla ice cream.
