Noodles Plate

Ingredients

  • 1 nest Blue Dragon Medium Egg Noodles
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 spring onion, finely sliced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, roughly chopped
  • ½ red chilli, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp roughly chopped coriander
  • 1 lime, juiced

Method

  1. Cook noodles according to packet instructions, reserve100ml cooking water.
  2. Spread the peanut butter in the middle of a serving plate, making a dip in the middle.
  3. Top with the soy sauce and sweet chilli sauce.
  4. Lay the spring onion, ginger, chilli and coriander around the outside.
  5. Squeeze the lime over everything.
  6. Pour 100ml hot noodle water over the top and whisk together until combined.
  7. Add the hot noodles and toss to combine.
  8. Serve straightaway.
