Desserts Mother's Day Ice Cream Cake

Preparation Time: Ready in 20 Minutes Plus Freezing
Ingredients
- 4 x Signature Chocolate Fudge Brownies
- 3 x 300g ice cream – vanilla, mint choc chip, strawberry
- Sweets to garnish – Guylain Love Hearts, Milk Bar Mini Eggs, M+M Mini Eggs
Method
- Remove the chocolate fudge brownies from their foil tins and set aside.
- Fill the foil tins with ice cream and smooth over.
- Place in the freezer to set solid.
- Remove and layer up with the brownies.
- Decorate with sweets.
