Drinks Mini Egg Espresso Martini

Ingredients
- 180g milk chocolate, roughly chopped
- 6 chocolate mini eggs
- 1 tsp sprinkles
- 50ml Chocolate Baileys
- 50ml vanilla vodka
- 75ml cold black coffee
- Small handful ice
Method
- Roughly chop 80g of the chocolate, tip into a bowl and heat until melted.
- Finely chop the mini eggs and tip onto a plate with the sprinkles.
- Coat the rim of 2 martini glasses with the melted chocolate then and dip the rim into the finely chopped Mini Eggs mixture and set aside.
- Tip the Baileys, vanilla vodka and 100g chopped chocolate into a saucepan and heat gently until smooth.
- Add a handful of ice to a cocktail shaker.
- Add the cold coffee and chocolate vodka mix and shake for a minute.
- Strain and divide between the garnished cocktail glasses.
