Side Dishes Starters/Snacks Lunch/Dinner Mexican Beef Smashed Tacos

Ingredients
- 1 pack Jack’s beef mince
- 1 pack Old El Paso fajita seasoning mix
- 4 Old El Paso regular tortilla wraps
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 pack little gem lettuce, leaves separated
- 1 bunch Jack’s coriander
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 pot Jack’s guacamole
- 1 pot Jack’s sour cream and chives
- 2 tbsp jalapenos
Method
- Tip the mince into a bowl and add the fajita seasoning mix.
- Squish together until totally mixed.
- Divide into 4.
- Place a beef ball on each wrap, and squish to cover the wrap evenly.
- Heat a frying pan until hot, add the oil and wrap, beef side down, one at a time.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until browned and nearly cooked through.
- Flip over and cook for another 1-2 minutes until cooked through.
- Scatter the beef taco with little gem leaves, coriander, tomatoes, guacamole, sour cream and chives and jalapenos.
