Desserts Marshmallow Cake Popcorn

Ingredients
- 120g unsalted butter, roughly chopped
- 120g Betty Crocker velvety vanilla cake mix
- 2 packs marshmallows (140g)
- 3 packs Jack’s sweet and salted popcorn (50g)
Method
- Tip the butter into a large saucepan and heat gently until melted.
- Turn the heat up and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
- Stir in the cake mix and cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and sandy looking (this means that the flour is cooked out…)
- Add the marshmallows and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the marshmallows have melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Tip in the popcorn and stir carefully – it’s really really hot!
- Stir until totally coated in the mix then tip into a bowl.
- Serve warm.
