Ingredients
- 2 x jar Colman’s apple sauce (155g jar)
- 1 large egg
- 60ml maple syrup
- 60g smooth peanut butter
- 200g self-raising flour
- 1 tbsp seeds
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6.
- Grease a 1kg loaf tin.
- Add the apple sauce, peanut butter, maple syrup and egg to the loaf tin and whisk with a fork.
- Add the flour and mix to a thick batter.
- Smooth to the edges and scatter the seeds on top.
- Place in the oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and risen.
- Cool for at least 15 minutes and cut into slices.
