Ingredients
- 25ml dry martini
- 50ml orange liqueur, eg. Cointreau or Grand Marnier
- 1 orange, peeled and cut into wedges
- 300ml La Gioiosa prosecco
Method

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, add the dry martini, orange liqueur and the orange peel.

Shake well then strain into a glass.

Add half the orange wedges and a couple of strips of the peel, then top with the prosecco and stir.

Serve straightaway.
