Breakfast Jam Jar Oats

Cooking Time: Soaking Time - Overnight
Ingredients
- 1 nearly empty jar of jam, marmalade or peanut butter
- 40g oats
- 150ml milk of your choice
- 1 tbsp mixed seeds
- 80g roughly chopped fruit – berries, banana, apple, orange, etc
Method

Scrape any jam, marmalade or peanut butter away from the sides of the jar gently.

Heat the milk until boiling then pour into the jar and screw the lid on tightly. Shake until the jam/peanut butter has melted into the milk.

Add the oats then screw the lid on tightly again and shake really well. Place in the fridge overnight.

In the morning, give another good shake, then open the jar and stir well, scraping down the sides. Stir in the seeds and fruit. Serve from the jam jar!
