Hashbrown Pizzas

Ingredients

  • 12 Jack’s frozen hash browns
  • 50g mature cheddar cheese, grated
  • 50g mozzarella, grated
  • 150g Jack’s tomato and basil sauce
  • Optional toppings – olives, peppers, sweetcorn, chorizo, bacon
  • 2 tbsp basil leaves, picked and chopped
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Method

  1. Mix the cheeses together in a bowl.

  2. Lay the hash browns onto an air fryer rack/baking tray.

  3. Spoon the tomato sauce over each one, then top with the cheese (and other toppings if using).

  4. Place in the air fryer at 190°C for 12 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.

  5. Alternatively, preheat the oven to 230°C, fan 220°C, gas mark 8 and bake for 15-20 minutes.

  6. Season with black pepper and scatter the basil over the top and serve straightaway.
