Lunch/Dinner Halloween Recipes - Pumpkin Pizza

Ingredients

  • 2 x Discover the Choice pepperoni pizza
  • 50g mature cheddar cheese, grated
  • 6 black olives

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6.

  2. Place the pizzas onto baking trays, then remove the pepperoni and set aside.

  3. Cut 2 slivers off either side to leave a “stalk” at the top, making it look like a pumpkin.

  4. Scatter the extra cheese evenly over the pizza, then reposition the pepperoni into a face – eyes, and a mouth.

  5. Cut 4 olives into 16 slithers, then place a whole olive onto the corner of the mouth, and 8 slithers around the outside of the whole one, like spiders legs.

  6. Cut the other two olives into rounds and place on the eyes.

  7. Place in the oven to bake for 10-12 minutes until hot through.

  8. Serve straightaway.
