Starters/Snacks Lunch/Dinner Halloumi And Hot Honey Doorstep

Ingredients
- 1 pack (250g) Jack’s coleslaw
- 2 tbsp chilli sauce
- ½ bunch roughly chopped coriander
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 packs (250g) halloumi, cut in half and patted dry
- 4 tbsp runny honey
- ½ tsp chilli powder
- 2 demi baguettes, halved
- 1 small handful rocket leaves
- Freshly ground black pepper
Method
- Tip the coleslaw into a bowl. Add the coriander stalks, chilli sauce and the coriander leaves and stir well.
- Stir the remaining chilli sauce into the honey.
- Heat a frying pan until hot. Add the oil and halloumi and fry on each side for 1-2 minutes until golden brown and hot through.
- Remove and add the honey and chilli powder and heat through.
- Divide the rocket between the baguettes.
- Top with the coleslaw, halloumi and some hot honey.
- Season with black pepper.
- Cover with the rest of the baguette and serve.
