Lunch/Dinner Grand Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 4 x 280g mature cheddar
- 2 x 200g brie
- 2 x 150g creamy blue cheese
- 2 x 150g garlic and herb cheese
- 1 x 140g camembert
- 1 x 100g goat’s cheese

Method

Take a large board and place 2 pieces of mature cheddar in the centre to form a rectangle, top with 2 more pieces directly on top.

Place the 2 pieces of brie at right angles on top in the centre to form another rectangle.

Place the 2 pieces of creamy blue cheese on top to form a disc.

Place the 2 pieces of garlic herb cheese on top of each other.

Top with the camembert and then finally the goat’s cheese – you should now have a tower of cheese!

Ideally, leave at room temperature for about 30 minutes before serving.
