Lunch/Dinner Breakfast Full English Jacket

Ingredients
- 2 baking potatoes, scrubbed
- 2 Jack’s sausages, skin removed
- ¼ small tin baked beans
- 2 medium eggs
- 50g Jack’s grated cheddar cheese
- 4 rashers Jack’s streaky bacon, cut in half
Method
- Prick the potatoes all over and cook in an air fryer at 200°C for 20 minutes or until tender and crispy on the outside.
- Add the bacon for the last 5 minutes of cooking time.
- Remove and allow to cool slightly.
- Holding the potato lengthways, cut the top slither off and set aside.
- Scoop out the potato and set aside.
- Squish the sausages into a flat oval then press into each potato shell.
- Top with the beans, egg, cheese, a little of the reserved potato, then the crispy bacon.
- Set the reserved slither of potato on top.
- Return to the air fryer for 10 minutes at 200°C until piping hot and everything cooked through.
- Serve straightaway.
