Fruit And Nut

Ingredients

  • 150g Crunchy Nut Cornflakes
  • 100g porridge oats
  • 100g sultanas
  • 90g butter
  • 90ml honey
  • 150g dark chocolate
  • Pinch of salt

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6.
  2. Tip Crunchy nut cornflakes, oats and sultanas into a bowl and mix.
  3. Melt butter and honey together.
  4. Pour over the cornflake mixture and mix together.
  5. Tip into a greased 23cm square baking tin and press down gently.
  6. Place in the oven to bake for 15 minutes.
  7. Remove and allow to cool.
  8. Melt chocolate and pour over the top then sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
  9. Allow to cool and cut into bars.
