Ingredients
- 150g Crunchy Nut Cornflakes
- 100g porridge oats
- 100g sultanas
- 90g butter
- 90ml honey
- 150g dark chocolate
- Pinch of salt
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6.
- Tip Crunchy nut cornflakes, oats and sultanas into a bowl and mix.
- Melt butter and honey together.
- Pour over the cornflake mixture and mix together.
- Tip into a greased 23cm square baking tin and press down gently.
- Place in the oven to bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove and allow to cool.
- Melt chocolate and pour over the top then sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
- Allow to cool and cut into bars.
